📦 Shipping
Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays and major launch days. During high-volume launches or promotions, please allow an additional day or two for processing.
Shipping Methods:
We ship all orders via USPS or UPS, depending on size and destination. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be calculated at checkout.
Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Currently Shipping To:
We currently ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future — stay connected via email or Instagram for updates!
🔁 Returns & Refunds
All Sales Are Final:
Due to the nature of our curated book boxes and artisan products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once your order is placed.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If an item in your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at aureliasnook@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If approved, we may offer a partial refund or store credit based on the issue. Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
Please note:
Minor cosmetic damage to packaging (such as dents or slight scuffs) that does not affect product use will not qualify for refunds.
We are not responsible for delays, lost items, or damages caused by shipping carriers once the package is in transit.
